Change of Mind Returns

Cheapa Hot Water offers a 7-day return period if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

The return period begins from the date the product is delivered to your nominated address or the date the goods are collected from the manufacturer when pickup is chosen.

Returned products must be sent back within this timeframe at the customer’s expense.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be in original condition
  • remain unused
  • be returned in original packaging

Products that are damaged, lost, not in original condition, or returned with damaged packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for returning goods using registered post or an insured courier service appropriate for the value of the product.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
