1. We help you choose the right system.
We assess your household’s current hot water use and future needs, then recommend suitable systems that fit your budget. We explain product prices, installation costs and running costs so you can compare your options.
2. We explain eligible rebates.
If your chosen system qualifies, we explain the requirements, complete the necessary paperwork and, in most cases, apply the rebate upfront to reduce your installation cost.
3. We can install your system.
We book a convenient installation time and arrive onsite with your new hot water system ready to install. Delivery is free to all Sydney customers.
4. We remove your old system.
Our team safely disconnects and removes your existing water heater, preparing the area for installation.
5. Our licensed team installs and tests your system.
We have the experience and qualified tradespeople to handle the necessary plumbing, electrical and gas work, saving you the time and expense of organising separate trades. We install your system according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations, helping protect your warranty, then test it to ensure it operates correctly.
6. We clean up and recycle.
We remove packaging and rubbish and take your old hot water system away for recycling.
7. We show you how it works.
Before we leave, we explain the controls, how to use your system efficiently and any maintenance requirements, and answer your questions.
