By using this website, you agree that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

Cheapa Hot Water reserves the right to refuse to provide a service or supply a product to a customer at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to disable any user account at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

Cheapa Hot Water accepts payment via:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • EFTPOS
  • Direct bank deposit

Credit card payments for hot water system supply and installations are subject to an additional 1% surcharge.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is correct, if an obviously incorrect price appears on the website and is not corrected at the time of order completion due to human or technical error, the order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.

Product Availability

Whilst we always endeavour to fulfil all customer orders, stock availability may occasionally change.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed and paid for, Cheapa Hot Water will refund the amount paid for the unavailable product within 30 days of payment.

If a product ordered becomes temporarily unavailable, we may send available items first and dispatch the remaining items once stock becomes available.

Alternatively, we may offer a replacement product of equal price and quality. If the replacement product is accepted and later returned, Cheapa Hot Water will cover the return postage. If the replacement offer is declined and the original product is permanently unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Installation Services

Hot water system installation services are available to customers located within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Cheapa Hot Water reserves the right to decline installation services within or outside the Sydney metropolitan area where necessary.

Privacy

Cheapa Hot Water manages personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
