Cheapa Hot Water offers payments via VISA, Mastercard and Eftpos. Credit card payments for hot water system supply and installations are subject to an additional 1% surcharge.
If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Whilst we always endeavour to fulfil all customer orders, should a product be unavailable after an order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to stock and delivery limitations.
If a product ordered becomes temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow up with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping fees for the rest of the order.
If a product ordered becomes temporarily unavailable, we will offer a replacement for an unavailable product of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement product and then wish to return it to us, the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product.
It is a condition of your use of this website that the information you provide is correct.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide a service or supply a product to a customer.

Where stock is available, your order will be delivered in a 3 day time frame to the address indicated by you when completing the order form on our website. This 3 day time frame does not apply to the Christmas / New Year holiday period of public holidays where manufacturer stock and transport suppliers may be limited.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery occurs within a 3 day time frame, we do not take any responsibility for consequences relating to late delivery or loss caused by a contracted third party or an Act of God.
We deliver hot water systems to addresses that cover the majority of Australia’s populated area. Areas that qualify for our free delivery option are within a 50km radius of a town with a population over 30,000 people.
Items will be delivered to street level or driveway ONLY. If you require the item to be transported somewhere else on the property, you will have to organise this at your own expense.
We happily allow customers to organise delivery and pickup of hot water systems themselves. In this instance, the customer takes full responsibility for damages or return costs.
Delivery is by vehicular access only.If water or air based transport is required, the customer must organise this themselves and assumes full responsibility for damages and/or return costs.
In the rare event that your hot water system is not delivered, an investigation will be conducted. This may take several days to process and investigate. During this time, reimbursement will not take place.
Cheapa Hot Water allows you to return a product (right of return) within 7 days if you are not satisfied. Your right of return commences from the moment the order is delivered to your chosen address (where delivery is supplied by our third party courier) or when you pick up the goods from the manufacturer (when you have chosen to pick up the goods). Products can be returned to us within his time frame at your expense.
If goods are returned to us, you are responsible to send the good back via registered post with adequate insurance for the value of the product.
Any returned product that is received by us that is damaged, lost, not in its original condition, not in its original packaging or has packaging that has been damaged simply by opening the product, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used to originally purchase the product.
A hot water system installation service is offered to customers living within the Sydney metropolitan area.
We reserve the right to not proceed with a hot water system installation that lies within or outside of the Sydney metropolitan area.
