Job Particulars
- Replacement of old leaking heater under the floor of house
- Drain & remove old electric hot water system
- Supply and install a new Vulcan 250 litre electric hot water heater (model 648250) back in the same position
- Install a new tempering valve to comply with AS3500 Plumbing code
- Reconnect the new hot water system to the existing power circuit
- Adjust and re-connect to hot and cold pipework
- Re-commission system
- Remove and recycle the old hot water heater. Remove all rubbish.
