Hot water heater installers Northern Beaches.
This customer in Bilgola Plateau on Sydney’s Northern Beaches was about to start a major home renovation and wanted their old hot water system moved from it’s current location under the house to a new spot outside in a disused side area.
Hot water system upgrade
Whilst onsite, the customer explained that they were regularly running out of hot water now their kids were older and started taking much longer showers. Their existing hot water system was around 20 years old, energy inefficient and was obviously too small for a growing family.
Many households change over time, so it’s important to make sure you select the model to suit your needs both now and as your family grows – this is where our hot water experts can assist. We take into consideration all household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers, which can use as much hot water as one person. It’s also important to consider the changing needs of a family as small children grow into large teenagers.
With all this in mind, the client decided it was a perfect opportunity to upgrade to a larger tank that suited the families daily hot water usage needs. We recommended the Vulcan electric 400 litre hot water system for their needs. Vulcan hot water systems are a high quality product offering great performance at a very affordable price. Vulcan HWS are made of quality materials using proven technology. The storage cylinder is made from high strength steel tough enough to withstand varying water and heating cycle pressures.
Moving the hot water system to a new location
Moving an existing hot water system to a new location is all part of a days work for our expert installers. Often a hot water heater has been installed in a location that becomes impractical or, as was this case with this client, renovations required the system to be moved. For this hot water system relocation we had to install new pipes from under the house to the new position outside at the side of the house. To support the new hot water tank we installed a concrete slab against the wall.
