All other tests were good and no further work was required.

- Assess site for safety and take appropriate actions.
- Isolate the gas hot water system at the gas main.
- Inspect and test gas burner for correct operation. Problems found. Replace gas burner.
- Inspect and test the gas thermocouple. No problems found.
- Inspect and test the TPR valve. Problems found. Replace TPR valve.
- Inspect and test anode. No problems found.
- Re-commission the new Rheem gas hot water system.
- Turn gas meter back on.
- Clean up the site and remove any associated rubbish.
