We recently installed a small Rheem solar hot water system into a garden flat at Bondi in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
We had already installed a much larger Rheem 300 litre solar hot water system on the main house approximately 2 years ago.
There was an existing garden flat on the property that was utilising an old electric hot water heater. The customer was so happy with the efficiency and money they were saving on their energy bills in the main house since switching to solar that they wanted us to install a similar, albeit much smaller, solar hot water system on the garden flat.
We installed a 52L180 Rheem Premier Hiline solar water heater with 180 litre tank capacity. This system is a great option when ground access is limited as the storage tank and solar collectors are mounted together on the roof. Additional features include:
